Full Recap
The drone ships continue to fire on Destiny, and Rush warns Young that the main weapon is useless against th eir enemy because it's too far away.

Chloe tells Scott that she's sent a signal. Greer and his men arrive, but Scott holds them off so that Chloe can explain. She tells Scott and the others that the aliens that infected her now know where they are.

Three ships arrive, and the Destiny crew realizes it's the aliens from the other galaxy, the ones who want the ship.

Greer accuses Chloe of selling them out, and prepares to shoot her. Chloe insists that she's still on their side.

Half of the drones veer off to take on the newcomers, and Eli says that they might be able to hold off the remainders. Scott calls to tell Young that Chloe is claiming that she summoned the aliens as a diversion, and Young orders Scott to lock them up. On the bridge, Eli suggests that the jam the control signal to buy them enough time to attack the command ship, since their FTL drive is still out. Young accepts his advice and orders them to set course for the command ship.

Scott locks Chloe up, and she insists that she summoned the aliens for all of them. Scott hesitates and then locks her up and tells Greer to keep a three-man detail on watch at all times.

The Destiny is two minutes from the command ship, and Rush and Eli prepare the jamming signal. The shields start to fail and Rush completes his work. The drones go dead in space as the jamming signal goes out, and Destiny gets in range of the command ship. They open fire with their main weapon, destroying it. The drones remain dormant, and Rush congratulates Eli. Of the three alien ships, two were destroyed and one is badly damaged, leaking radiation.

Scott goes to see Johansen, who gives him a status report on the injuries. She informs Scott that Chloe broke Baras' arm in two places when she escaped.

Brody tells Young that they'll have the FTL drive back online, but five of their shield emitters are burned out. They can't jump without them, and they'll need a couple of hours to make repairs. Young goes to find Rush in the control interface room. The scientist is examining Chloe's handiwork and notes that she was able to bypass the main control systems. Rush insists that he cares about Chloe, and would have cured her if he could. They both worry that Chloe is beyond their control. Telford calls and tells Young that he talked to Ursini. He informs the crew that the Ursini figured the Destiny crew would betray them. The Ursini have learned that their homeworld was destroyed by another ship, and that their transmission gave away their position: more drones are coming.

Brody and Volker are making emitter repairs when Rush comes to get a status update. They have Park test the systems, but it burns out at 50% power load. The two scientists go back to work.

The command crew discusses the situation and Telford warns that the Cluster ship is an automated system, designed to find alien technology and destroy it. Scott suggests they do another tandem jump with the Ursini, but Telford explains they blew out their FTL drive on the previous effort. Eli suggests that they get one of the drones and use it to decipher the command signal. Rush agrees and warns that it's their best option. Young asks what will happen to the drones when the new command ship arrives, and Rush admits they don't know. After a few moments, Young orders them to suit up.

As Scott and Greer suit up, Park arrives to join them as the designated scientist. They take the shuttle out and go past one of the larger drones, but it doesn't react. Park finds a suitable sized drone to bring on board..

Camille brings food to Chloe and apologizes for the guards. Chloe admits that she can't blame them.

Scott pilots the shuttle to the drone and Park opens the rear hatch. She provides maneuvering directions to Greer, who brings it onboard. Once it's aboard, they repressurize the shuttle and reinstate artificial gravity. The drone doesn't react, but as they prepare to go back, the remaining alien ships moves in front of the shuttle. It doesn't make any hostile movements, and Scott starts to back the shuttle away. They get a message from the alien ship: "no escape."

The aliens communicate further, and ask for Destiny's help. Young thinks that the aliens will have to trust them, and Rush says that they need the aliens to undo what has happened to Chloe. Telford warns that they would be turning over the alien's "spy," but Rush says that they're out of options. Johansen tells Chloe that Young will leave it up to her, but will probably put her off the ship if she remains. Chloe says that they don't know what it's like to be on the alien ship, and Johansen apologizes for not being able to do more for her.

Young contacts Scott on the radio and tells them what they've decided. Scott thinks that it's crazy, but Young admits they've run out of options. The aliens transmit agreement to the proposal and Scott pilots the shuttle back to Destiny. Telford warns Young that the Ursini aboard the seed ship are no longer responding, and suggests that they go dead to avoid detection by the new command ship. Young disagrees, noting that the Ursini were wiped out despite their more extensive knowledge of the command ships.

When the shuttle returns, Eli, Volker, and Brody examine the drone and prepare to hook it up to the ship's diagnostic systems. Everyone hesitates to pick it up and put it on the anti-gravity sled, until Greer finally hits it to make sure it's inert. They then put it on the sled and they take it into Destiny

Camille comments to Rush that she's surprised he would suggest turning Chloe over to the aliens. Rush insists that once Chloe is back to normal, the aliens won't be able to track them and they still come out ahead. Camille notes that Rush is putting the ship and the mission at risk for one individual, and Rush tells her that she doesn't know him at all.

Young and his men escort Chloe toward the shuttle, but Scott offers to take her the rest of the way. Chloe kisses Young on the cheek, and he wishes her luck.

The scientists try to figure out what to do next. Eli finally tries to open it. When the panel opens, they briefly back away in terror, and then try to figure out what to do next.

Scott flies Chloe to the alien ship and takes her to the back of the shuttle. As they wait, Scott apologizes for viewing her differently since she was infected. Chloe admits that it has been hard, but parts of it were amazing thanks to him. He disagrees, but Chloe tells him not to contradict her and then kisses him. The aliens arrive and Chloe steps out to join them.

The scientists inform Rush that they've translated the basic coding, and Rush tells Volker and Brody to go back to shield duty. He insists that he wants his best people on the shield emitters, and they're surprised he's so nice. Once he goes, Rush admits to Eli that he just complimented them to get them out of the way.

Aboard the shuttle, Scott waits for Chloe and tries to communicate withDestiny. He gets no response, and says that he won't leave without her.

Inside the alien ship, the aliens place Chloe on a table and begin operating on her.

The second command ship emerges from hyperspace and releases its drones. They have 12 minutes until the drones arrive, and Rush confirms that the original drones aren't activating. As Eli gets an idea, Rush warns Young that they can't jam the signal for more than a few seconds. Young then puts James in control of the power systems, and orders Telford to focus fire on the drones approaching the weakened parts of Destiny

The aliens open the shuttle door and Scott finds an unconscious Chloe outside, hovering in a column of light. He brings her into the shuttle and confirms that she's apparently uncontaminated, and promises to get her home.

The drones open fire on Destiny.

Scott pilots the shuttle back toward Destiny, avoiding the drone fire. He contacts Young and updates him on Chloe's status. Young tells him to stay clear, but Scott insists on attacking the drones. Meanwhile, the drones begin opening fire on the vulnerable areas, and Eli locates the recognition software. He realizes they can tell the first command ship's drones to open fire on the newcomers. However, they'll have to power up the drone to upload the new targeting IDs to the original drones. Rush tells Young their plan, and he sends a security team to the lab. Meanwhile, Park confirms that the alien ship has jumped into hyperspace, meaning those drones are retargeting on Destiny. Rush warns that he needs five minutes, but Young tells him that they won't survive that long.

Young gives Scott a direct order to break off, and the lieutenant reluctantly agrees.

Greer and his men arrive to guard the drone in case it opens fire.

The seed ship activates and makes a run for a command ship. The Ursini send a message to Telford, apologizing for involving Destiny and stating that they're making a suicide run. They're destroyed before they can get to the command ship. Young tells Rush that they have a little more time, and to activate the program.

Eli activates the drone and uploads the program. Outside, the original drones activate and fire on the newcomers. Scott contacts Destiny and says he's preparing to dock.

Volker and Brody finish the repairs and tell Young he can power up. The emitters hold, but only at 5% power. They've never jumped at less than 10%. Young briefs Rush, who says that they have no choice but to jump to hyperspace despite the risk. As Scott comes aboard, Young gives the command. Park activates FTL and Destiny enters hyperspace. The shields hold and Eli shuts down the drone.

Later, Young visits the infirmary and Johansen confirms that Chloe is back to normal. The colonel says that they will keep her under observation, and Chloe says that she understands. She summons Rush to her bed and thanks him for saving her life. However, Chloe warns that the aliens won't give up, and she hands Rush some equations that she tried working on. He tells her that they're perfect, and speculates that Chloe has retained some of the knowledge she gained. Rush assures her that everyone on board belongs there, and that the whole chain of events that Young started by abandoning Rush lead to Chloe's infection and her ability to calculate the FTL equations. He admits that a few years ago, he would have dismissed the coincidences as superstition, but things have changed for him. Rush tells her to get some rest and then contemplates the equations.
